Decisions are governed by published criteria, documented review, declared conflicts of interest and proportionate audit records.

Decision independence

Sponsorship, partnership or event participation confers no entitlement to membership, Fellowship, jury appointment or an award outcome. Programme income and adjudication are controlled through separate responsibilities.

Governance records

Policies, criteria, decision status and material amendments are versioned. Personal data is minimised in public disclosures; accountability is provided through institutional roles, procedures and auditable records rather than unnecessary publication of private personal information.
