Accuracy and integrity
Qualifications, experience, affiliations, sources, work and EAB certificate status must be represented accurately. Fabrication, plagiarism, impersonation, concealed assistance and manipulation of records are prohibited.
Standards
Code of Conduct
Participants, faculty, assessors, staff and organisational representatives are expected to act with accuracy, respect, independence and professional responsibility.
Respect and participation
Professional disagreement must address ideas, evidence and conduct without harassment, discrimination, intimidation or retaliation. Confidential programme discussions and workplace information must be handled as agreed.
Conflicts and independence
A person involved in teaching, assessment, review, procurement or a material decision must disclose interests that could reasonably affect judgement and comply with any restriction or recusal.
Use of certificates and affiliation
Participation, faculty service, partnership and certificate completion must not be described as a degree, regulated qualification, professional licence, chartered status or endorsement beyond the published meaning.
Accountability
Potential breaches are considered through a fair and proportionate process. Interim measures may be used where necessary to protect participants, assessment, information or programme integrity.
