EAB aims to make public information and programme participation accessible through considered design and reasonable adjustments.
Programme adjustments
Participants may request a reasonable adjustment to access learning or assessment. EAB considers the individual barrier, the programme outcome and available alternatives without lowering the learning standard being assessed.
Known third-party limits
A venue, conferencing platform, payment service or source document may have constraints outside EAB’s direct control. Where a barrier is identified, EAB will consider an accessible alternative proportionate to the need.

Use the contact form and provide the page or programme, the barrier encountered and the adjustment or format requested. Do not provide medical detail beyond what is necessary to understand the request.
