EAB seeks to keep public information accurate and current. A programme is available for purchase only where confirmed dates, delivery, price and applicable terms are published or supplied in an authorised enrolment communication.

These terms govern public website use. A confirmed programme record and the terms accepted at enrolment govern the relevant learning service.
Educational status
Website and programme content is educational and informational. It is not personalised legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
Permitted use
Users must not interfere with security, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, reproduce protected materials unlawfully or use EAB content or marks to imply an endorsement or qualification that has not been granted.
Intellectual property
EAB and its licensors retain rights in programme designs, teaching materials, assessments, publications, marks and website content. Enrolment provides the limited personal use described in the programme terms and does not transfer ownership.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to the specific programme or corporate terms, website use is governed by the law of England and Wales.
