Legal and transparency

Website terms of use

These terms govern access to public EAB web content. Programme-specific rules prevail for membership, Fellowship, awards, events and partnerships.

Permitted use

Users may access and cite public material lawfully and accurately. Automated abuse, security interference, impersonation, misleading affiliation and unauthorised commercial exploitation are prohibited.

Status of information

EAB aims for accuracy but public content is general information, not legal, financial, academic or professional advice. Current programme records and signed terms take precedence over cached or third-party copies.

Intellectual property

EAB names, marks, designations, publications and site materials are protected. No licence to imply endorsement or recognition is granted by access to the website.

Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, use is at the user’s risk and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
