Learning experience

Preparation, analysis, discussion and application

EAB programmes use the learning method appropriate to the subject and participants, rather than applying a single format to every course.

Before the programme

Participants receive the confirmed programme scope, workload, access requirements and preparation instructions. Diagnostic activity is used for learning design, not to provide personalised regulated advice.

During taught sessions

Faculty combine concise conceptual instruction with cases, analytical exercises, structured discussion and challenge. Claims and models are examined with attention to assumptions, evidence and practical limits.

Independent work

Reading, modelling, reflection or applied assignments extend the taught component. The expected time is included in the programme specification so that workload is not understated.

Feedback and application

Where feedback is included, its form and scope are stated in advance. Programme learning may inform professional judgement, but participants remain responsible for applying it within their own authority, law and organisational controls.
