Legal and transparency
The applicable cancellation rights, programme changes and refund conditions are supplied before an individual enrols or an organisation contracts.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply to a distance contract, the learner receives the required information and cancellation route. If delivery is requested during a cancellation period, any consequence is explained and expressly acknowledged as required by law.
The confirmed programme terms state the notice required, any substitution or transfer option, and how a refund is calculated. Statutory rights are not displaced by a programme policy.
If EAB cancels or materially changes a programme, affected learners receive the remedy stated in the applicable terms. Travel, accommodation and other external arrangements are addressed only to the extent expressly accepted in those terms.
Commissioned programme cancellation, rescheduling, committed costs, faculty time and substitutions are governed by the signed agreement or accepted order.
A request should identify the learner or organisation, programme, cohort, transaction reference and reason. Payment-card information must not be sent through the general enquiry form.
