Fees, cancellation and refunds
Fees are accepted only under published programme terms. Those terms identify the service, payment point, cancellation rights and any non-refundable work already performed.
Awards
Cycle terms state whether an entry fee applies and the consequences of withdrawal, ineligibility, cancellation or a material programme change.
Events
Ticket terms state transfer, cancellation, substitution and refund rights. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
