Diagnostic scope
The initial phase clarifies the organisational context, participant population, decisions or practices to be strengthened, constraints, success measures and information that may be used in teaching.
Commissioned programmes
EAB works with organisations to define the capability requirement before selecting content, faculty, cases, delivery and evaluation.
The initial phase clarifies the organisational context, participant population, decisions or practices to be strengthened, constraints, success measures and information that may be used in teaching.
A written design identifies learning outcomes, sequence, faculty roles, delivery format, case method, independent work, assessment where required, accessibility and evaluation.
Client material is used only under agreed confidentiality and data-handling terms. Internal policy or case material is not treated as objectively correct where the learning purpose requires critical examination.
Evaluation distinguishes participant response, learning evidence, intended application and longer-term organisational outcomes. EAB does not guarantee business results that depend on implementation outside the programme.
