The programme develops the capacity to frame strategic questions, examine the quality of evidence behind a proposed direction, make coherent choices and lead implementation without separating performance from responsibility.
The programme is designed for experienced managers, functional leaders, founders and senior professionals whose roles require decisions across organisational boundaries. Formal academic prerequisites are not normally required, but relevant management experience is expected.
On successful completion, participants should be able to:
The curriculum covers strategic diagnosis; competitive and institutional context; purpose and value creation; choice and resource allocation; executive decision processes; organisational alignment; change and execution; governance; crisis judgement; and a final integrative case.
Designed learning time is 40 hours across taught sessions, guided reading, case preparation and independent work. The assessed route uses an integrative case submission evaluated against published criteria for diagnosis, reasoning, coherence, evidence and responsible implementation.
